• Facilitating private developers to deliver high quality new developments with an emphasis on building communities for good mental health with a low carbon and low environmental impact.
• Providing skills training and employment for prisoners and ex offenders

 

We are majority owned by funds managed by Gresham House plc a London Stock Exchange listed funds manager with funds of over £4.7bn under management.
Our first investment is in MMC Homebuilding Limited www.mmchomebuilding.co.uk a breakthrough construction technology enabling better quality, quicker and lower projects to be completed.

MMC Homebuilding are commencing with a market leading Living Pod design and multi unit concept.

Our second project is MMC Slate Tiles and Pavers commercialising the use of slate waste to deliver a range of non combustible exterior cladding ( Grenfell replacement cladding ) roof tiles and landscape ( or interior ) pavers. These will all be manufactured within prison workshops providing skills training and employment as well as recycling waste materials into useable products.

Angus Fraser

Angus is a former partner in Ernst & Young, CEO of Farnell Electronic Components, a £250m t/o business with operating subsidiaries in 21 countries, and then CEO of Hagemeyer UK & Ireland, at the time, the largest electrical wholesaler in the UK and Ireland, £800m t/o with 240 branches and 5000 staff.

Angus has won a Queens Award for International Trade and has been a holder of a Royal Supply Warrant. In the eight years prior to forming MMC Solid Wall Structures Angus led Solar Capital Limited that successfully deployed pension funds into renewable energy projects.

Charlie Bell

Charlie is a time served builder ( 27 years ) with extensive experience across all aspects of completing building works from construction, through electricals, plumbing and landscaping. In the four years prior to help create MMC Solid Wall Structures, Charlie built and maintained Anaerobic Digestion plants which called upon his wide ranging and diverse skill set
